Uganda Child Rights NGO Network (UCRNN) is a coalition of 150 child focused organizations including community based, national and international NGOs working for the welfare and rights of children in Uganda

Our Mission: UCRNN exists to undertake collective action for promotion and protection of children’s rights in Uganda.

Our Goal:
UCRNN strives to broaden and deepen the Child Rights Agenda in Uganda by collaborating and contributing to the effective role of civil society organizations.

UCRNN is at the forefront of advocating for the fulfillment of child rights in Uganda. UCRNN has gained expertise in policy and legislative advocacy and proactively engages with policy makers to influence service provision for children. Through its work, UCRNN provides a joint platform and creates frameworks that promote and facilitate civil society engagements aimed at promoting the observance of child rights in Uganda.

A member of UCRNN is any NGO/CBO that has been approved by the Board of Directors and paid the required membership fees in full.

Any child focused INGO/NGO/ CBO that is registered qualifies to be a member

 Types of Membership:
Ordinary Members: These are organizations dealing with children, certified, registered and fully paid with the network.

Honorary Members:individual /organizations/institutions conferred by the Executive Director
and approved by the Board/General Assembly.

Associate members:These are organizations that are in the process of registering and await
approval of the executive committee.
